Reading the findings

General Beginner Last updated: October 6, 2026

Findings are grouped by name, so one dead shortcode used in 200 posts is one row, not 200.

What You’ll Learn

  • What each column means
  • Opening a finding
  • Filtering the list

What Each Column Means

Name, type (shortcode or block), the number of posts that use it, and the status: open, fixed, or ignored.

Opening a Finding

A finding lists the posts that use it, with the text highlighted in context, so you can decide what to do before changing anything.

Filtering the List

Filter by type or status, and search by name, to focus on one plugin you removed.
