The Network Dashboard gives a network admin one place to see every site’s link count at a glance and trigger extraction across all of them at once.

Finding the Network Dashboard
The Network Dashboard lives in Network Admin, not in any individual site’s dashboard – it’s a different admin context entirely, since it reports across sites rather than for one. If you’re logged in as a network administrator, go to My Sites > Network Admin > External Links.
The Per-Site Breakdown
The dashboard lists every site in your network with its stored link count, so you can spot at a glance which sites have an active, growing list and which ones haven’t run an extraction yet – without switching into each site individually.
Run Extraction on All Sites
Instead of switching to each site and clicking Run Manual Extraction individually, use Run Extraction on All Sites from the Network Dashboard to trigger it everywhere in one action. This is useful right after a network-wide change – adding a new post type across every site, for example – when you don’t want to wait for each site’s own schedule to catch up.
Why Network Activation Matters
For the per-site breakdown to be accurate, activate the plugin network-wide rather than per-site: in Network Admin > Plugins, use Network Activate instead of activating it separately on each site. A site that’s missing from network activation won’t have its own link table set up yet, so it reports as having no data even if it would otherwise have content worth scanning.
